While every product is made to order, we will do our best to honor a 30 day return policy on unworn, unused and unaltered products. If you are unsure about one of our products, please contact one of our customer service representatives so that they may better assist you with any questions or concerns you may have.
We understand that in this business, time is of the essence, which is why we offer free overnight delivery anywhere within the continental US on all of our engagement ring purchases. All other purchases over $1000 also qualify for this service. Due to security concerns, orders made on Friday will be sent out Monday to avoid being parked at a storage facility over the weekend and all orders will need to be signed for. No Exceptions.
While we're extremely detailed in our craftsmanship, we know that our work isn't always perfect. If you believe that your product is damaged due to poor craftsmanship, please contact us right away so that we can have our jewelers look at the problem immediately. We stand behind our quality and our work so rest assured that if it's our fault, we will fix it right away. We know you love your jewelry, but accidents sometimes do happen. Our warranty does not cover accidental damages or broken items due to drops or improper treatment of your jewelry. If you're unsure about what to do, we're always available to go over options and see what we can do to help put your mind at ease.
All of this work is done in house so the turnaround time for a custom design would be anywhere from a couple days to one week depending on the complexity of the design. Once completed, you will receive is a photorealistic rendering of your design so you can show all your friends your idea and get their input. If you are happy with the design and want to move forward, we will gladly send it over to be manufactured and make it for you. All of the stones we use are also selected in house as we only buy top quality stones used for our products.
